Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

CannonProof helps parents document and organize custody-related evidence. This policy explains what we collect, where it lives, and your choices.

Your files stay in your Google Drive

Audio, photos, documents, and generated reports are stored in folders CannonProof creates in your own Google Drive. We do not store your files on our servers. We keep file IDs, names, dates, and AI-generated summaries so you can find and use them.

What we store

  • Account details: name, email, phone (if provided), state, timezone, plan.
  • Case information you enter: children, co-parent name, schedule, key people and topics.
  • Your logs (exchanges, behaviors, incidents), transcripts, consent log, and AI analyses.
  • Encrypted access tokens for Google Drive and Bee (if you connect them).

Service providers

  • Neon (database, including sign-in accounts and sessions), Vercel (hosting).
  • Anthropic (AI analysis) and OpenAI (Whisper transcription) process content you submit to generate analyses and transcripts.
  • Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Google (Drive).

Your choices

  • Export all your data from Settings → Privacy & Data.
  • Delete your account at any time. This removes your logs and analyses from our database; it does not affect your Google Drive files.
  • Disconnect Google Drive or Bee at any time from Settings → Connections.

Recording laws

You are responsible for complying with the recording consent laws of your state. CannonProof shows your state's rule and lets you log consent, but does not provide legal advice.
